Auris is a music player for Windows built for audiophiles. It plays high-resolution files bit-perfect and includes analysis tools that other players need plugins for: dynamic range, loudness, clipping, BPM and key.

How we handle your data
Data controller

Data we collect
When you use Contact, Quote or Calendar we collect your name, company, email and what you write or select in the form. We use them only to answer your request and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months, unless a contract follows.
Where
Data stays on our servers in the European Union and in our mailbox. We do not sell it or share it with third parties.
Statistics and cookies
We use Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics only with your consent. The service is provided by Google Ireland Ltd.; some data may be transferred to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Language and sound.
To protect the forms from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which analyses some technical browser data only when you open a form.
Site preferences (wallpaper, colors, language, sound) are saved only in your browser and are not sent to anyone.
Game leaderboards
If you save a score in a game, we publish the nickname you choose and the score on the leaderboard. Don't use your full name if you don't want it to be visible. To limit abuse we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, deleted within 24 hours. To remove a nickname from the leaderboard write to info@paracausalitysystems.com.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@paracausalitysystems.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
